If you come across our content on Roblox, or have received or purchased our 3D models on there - whether individually, as part of a pack, or included in a house or game - you can report anonymously using our dedicated form HERE.

Statement Regarding Unauthorized Use and Reselling of Our 3D Models on 'Roblox'.

As we have stated many times, all of our original work is legally protected, and the DMCA law exists precisely for this purpose.
Our content is not necessary for your game to function;
Choosing to use and convert our content outside of The Sims 4 is a deliberate decision.
Reselling our content, after illegally converting it to other games is also a choice you consciously make.

Petty excuses, such as being a 'teenager', do not exempt you from the law - you are not above it.
We are very much within our legal rights to enforce these protections.
It is quite frankly pathetic to believe that our Terms of Use and DMCA laws don’t apply to you, only to then complain about the consequences of your actions.

How many more lies are these 'Roblox' players going to tell?

We have given PLENTY of these 'players' the benefit of the doubt, but enough is enough.
We are beyond exhausted from being deceived and lied upon lied to by those who think we won’t uncover the truth.
Additionally, it should be noted that having "private" or "hidden" games offers you zero protection from being discovered - these platforms have full access and can detect any infringing material on our behalf, as required by law.

An example of this can be found below, in regards to private/hidden content;

We have no interest in engaging in petty arguments with these individuals, regardless of age, over our legal rights.
Actions have consequences, and if you can't face those consequences, you have no one to blame but yourself - we are not here to 'babysit' or 'educate' anyone in regards to IP/DMCA law.

Continuing this disturbing behaviour of repeatedly reuploading our work, after receiving a DMCA takedown notice, is obsessive.
Creating multiple or 'alt' accounts after being banned, just to circumvent this, is also obsessive.
There are many alternative options, such as learning to create your OWN content using tools like Blender, buying and converting existing models with appropriate licenses, or commissioning a 3D artist to create things FOR YOU.

Furthermore, any attempts to stalk, harass, bully, or dox us, simply because you feel entitled and can't get your way, will not be tolerated. You may think you're anonymous, but when you sign up for these sites, you're not.
Hiding behind fake names, alternate accounts, and celebrity pictures is not only childish and foolish, but can also land you in more legal trouble than simply receiving a 'DMCA notice' or having your 'account banned'.
